Detectives from the Metropolitan Police are appealing for information after a shooting attack leading to injury in Croydon.
Police were called at 01:07hrs on Tuesday, 22 September to reports of a man suffering from gunshot injuries on Imperial Way.
Officers including firearms officers attended the scene of the reported incident, the London Ambulance Service was also in attendance.
A 22-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment; Metropolitan Police confirmed his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
The shooting took place on the street, outside the ‘Love a Slice (LAS) Lounge’ which was open at the time.
Trident detectives from the Specialist Crime Command are investigating. They are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who visited the LAS Lounge around the time of the shooting and who may have seen or heard anything suspicious.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police by calling 101 and quoting reference Cad 107/22Sep.

There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.
